Bingyang Ye, PhD

Hello, I’m Bingyang Ye. I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the AI in Medicine program at Mass General Brigham and Harvard Medical School, where I work with Dr. Danielle Bitterman. I recently completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Brandeis University, where I focused on computational semantics and coreference resolution.

My current research centers on the reliability and safe deployment of large language models in clinical settings. I am particularly interested in model monitoring, data drift detection, and agent-based systems for extracting and grading immune-related adverse events from clinical notes.

I’m passionate about building robust clinical NLP pipelines that can adapt to real-world data in clinical documentation and support the delivery of safer, more equitable care.
